Merry Mariah Christmas contest  (closed)

Question: Which celebrity once cooked Mariah's dish on TV?
Answer: Posted on Heroes of Mariah in 2007
In UK TV show "A Taste of My Life", Max Beesley shared a recipe given to him by Mariah Carey during the Glitter shooting: "Penne al'arrabiata"
Here's the recipe:
Penne al'arrabiata (pasta with a tomato and chilli sauce)
Cooking time: 10 to 30 mins
Ingredients:
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus an extra dash for cooking the pasta
2 medium hot chillies, finely sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
handful basil leaves
600g/1lb 5oz canned chopped tomato
salt, to taste
400g/14oz fresh penne pasta
parmesan shavings, to serve
Method:
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chilli and garlic to the pan. After about a minute, add the basil leaves and gently wilt them in the flavoured oil.
2. Remove the garlic, basil and chilli from the pan and set aside. Add the chopped tomatoes to the frying pan.
3. Put the garlic, basil and chilli back in the pan with the tomatoes. Simmer for at least 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened a little. Add salt to taste.
4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta for a few minutes in large saucepan of boiling, salted water with a dash of olive oil. Drain the pasta and add the tomato sauce to it. Serve with shavings of parmesan

Sometimes on Twitter, I make the "who's in da house for Mariah" game, our last record was 14 countries.  Tonight we broke the record, 17 countries were in da house for Mariah, yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! 
Greece; Jamaica, Chile, Algeria, Ireland, Japan, Dominican Republic, Australia, France, USA, Argentina, South Africa, Uruguay, Mexico, Philippines, Brazil and Belgium were all there to support Mariah.

Not 1, but 2 winners were picked at random by Kinou who got out of the shower in a hurry at 3am, we are such a mess

Like every year, let's all request Mariah on radios for her Anniversary.  Let's do it in every country of the world, so, for her Anniversary, Mariah will be on radios worldwide on March 27 . C'mon, do it and send me an e-mail with the name of the radio where you will request and your country, there will be a big prize for one of you if we reach at least 25 countries, 5 autographed pictures and 3 autographed albums will also be given away. (winners will be picked at random)

- They wore blue dresses to honor Sapphire, the author of the book "Push", as it's also the name of a (mostly) blue gemstone
- They wore blue dresses to honor Hattie McDaniel, the first African American to win an Academy Award. She won the award for Best Supporting Actress for her role of Mammy in Gone with the Wind.  She proudly picked up her award, weraing a blue dress and gardenias in her hair.  Mo'Nique did the same and paid tribute to Hattie on stage.

February 2010 contest: Closed
Tennessee is a really beautiful movie, very well directed by Aaron Woodley.  The colors are warm, sensitive dialogues, Mariah is really great and to me it's her best acting as of now. Ethan Peck (grandson of the legendary Gregory Peck) is also really great.
Carter (Adam Rothenberg) and his younger brother Ellis (Ethan Peck) embark on a journey from New Mexico to Tennessee to find their estranged father who's the only one who can save Ellis diagnosed with leukemia, by a bone marrow transplant. During the travel they meet Krystal (Mariah) who wants to be a country singer and tries to escape from an abusive husband. The end of the movie is sad but not what we expect.

Answer:
Mariah featured in Hill's new video
Hill is a 22 year old Brunei artist which performed at a party for the Brunei Royal Family in UK.
Mariah was a guest at the event along with Janet Jackson, Ne-yo and many other entertainment industry personalities.  Mariah was impressed by Hill  and when he then asked her to do a cameo in his video, Mariah to his amazement and surprise said yes.
The video was shot in December in London and it's there Samantha Mumba met Mariah on the set.
